Pregnancy, giving birth and the postpartum period are such a special time in a woman's life. Women were never meant to do any of it alone or to put the pressure solely on our partners shoulders. As a sacred birth keeper, it is my honour to create, hold and fully support you on your whole journey, however it unfolds. I ensure that it remains as magical and sacred as creating and growing a new human is supposed to be.

Here from you first discovering you are pregnant to support you emotionally, give you non-medical guidance, comfort and unbiased loving care. Making sure your pregnancy journey is special from start to finish no matter what life throws at you. You will receive special tips, reading recommendations, the best social media to follow etc so you feel like the most magical and powerful Mumma that you are.
I only take on a limited number of ladies a year to allow for the level of care you need.

You want a doula present to support you at your birth, but perhaps this isn't possible. There are many reasons this could be the case: partners not being comfortable/feeling inadequate, a little tricky financially, not being in your home country to name a few. This may be your answer, and your compromise to get the support you need and deserve.
I will support you and your partner online throughout your birth process. This package includes four online birth preparation meetings from around 20 weeks, being on-call and available online from 38 weeks until you give birth and two post-birth online sessions to assist you post partum.

To begin this process at any point during your pregnancy we have a cup of tea and chat, to make sure we are the right fit, the earlier we do this the better.
Once it is decided, we begin working together where I will guide you with what to surround yourself with social media wise, reading material and also beautiful music to ease you into preparing your world and mind for birth.
Around 20 weeks, we arrange to have some pre-birth preparation sessions to go over the magic of all things birth and beyond. I also arrange a beautiful mother blessing and you get one of my pregnancy pampering treatments included.
At 38 weeks I am on call in an online format for you until you have given birth. Available for you 24 hours a day and I will attend your birth via video call to support and help hold the space for you and your partner. I will share the infamous Doula bag of magic to support you and your partner, think peanut-balls, birth slings, herbs and massage oils. I will remain with you on the call for a while postpartum to make sure you are settled and then I will visit in person twice after you have given birth.£1000

Working alongside your birth doula or as an add-on to being your birth doula this process begins at around 34 weeks.
Preparing you for the postpartum period - the 4th trimester. This package is designed to "mother the mother" and download your birth story, enabling you to process the huge physical, mental and spiritual transition you have just made. I am here to hold and nurture your body and nourish you while you heal and focus on your baby.
After the birth I come to you for the first few days, bringing you food, gentle massage to soothe your post birth body, running you healing herbal baths to allow you the space to rest and just be with your baby. A mothers loving care for a new mother.
As you get more mobile and the weeks pass I slowly step back and you emerge into the world, rested, soul nourished and shining like the goddess you are. This also allows partners the space to be with you and baby and settle into the role of being a new dad, gently and gracefully.£500

A beautiful celebration and closing ceremony. Combining postpartum massage, wrapping your body and bones, a steam session with meditation down into your womb healing and thanking her. We also have a deep processing and downloading of your birth story. You feel held, supported and healed in pure loving gratitude to the magic that has occurred in your mind your body and your soul. A wonderful welcome to your new journey into motherhood. Ideally done at the end of your fourth trimester but it can be done anytime postpartum, even years later, its beneficial to all. This treatment is a calming and peaceful celebration and mother healing after loss at any stage, honouring both you and your baby.
